Booking care at Poppins is designed to fit real life. Families can reserve visits in advance or check for same-day openings, all through our online booking system.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about reserving care and managing your bookings.

How Booking Works

Start on the Booking Page

To begin, head to the booking page and enter the number of children needing care. The system will ask how many children are under age 2 and how many are age 2 or older.

This question appears first because caregiver-to-child ratios vary by age, and we design our staffing carefully to maintain those standards.

After entering the number and ages of the children attending this visit, you’ll select the date you’re hoping to book.

Once a date is selected, available start times will appear based on capacity for the ages and number of children you entered.

Choose your preferred start time, then select the length of your visit from the dropdown menu and click Next to continue.

Creating or Accessing Your Family Account

Next, you’ll select the child attending the visit from your family account.

If this is your first time booking—or if you’re not currently logged in—you’ll be prompted to create a family account or sign in before completing the reservation.

During account setup, you’ll provide information that helps us care for your child safely and comfortably, including:

• Each child’s basic information
• Emergency contacts
• Authorized pickup adults
• Allergy or health information
• Any other relevant care details

Once your account is set up, reserving care is quick and easy whenever your family needs a little extra support.
